Unrestricted funds that provide support to PHMC and its family of programs or areas of greatest need.

Provides funds to support the creation and growth of unique, innovative programs and ideations that address the most crucial public health needs.

Utilizes partnerships to raise awareness of public health needs and encourages collaboration to leverage funds to create programs with a greater impact.
Organizational Development and Learning
Invests in PHMC staff and organizational components to provide them with the tools, resources, and work environment necessary to better serve the individuals in PHMC's family of programs and to ensure the continuing services of PHMC.
About Us:
Public Health Fund (formerly Philadelphia Health Care Trust), is a foundation that has fostered health care delivery, research and education in the greater Delaware Valley since 1996. On July 1, 2010, Public Health Fund joined Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC), an organization with a history of strong management and longstanding leadership in issues affecting our region’s public health capacity and access to health care, social services, research and health information. Public Health Fund’s relationship with PHMC ensures a fiscally strong and sound future for the foundation that will positively impact the health of communities in the greater Philadelphia region. Grantees Public Health Fund has awarded grants to community institutions including Drexel University School of Public Health, Chemical Heritage Foundation, Children’s Crisis Treatment Center and WHYY, among others.
